We're at West Milford Town Hall tonight to see our friend Shannon receive the Best New Business award for this town. I don't know if you've seen our other video about Shannon's pies but check it out! She does magnificent work and they're fun people. So, we're going to support them and go inside and watch her receive her award. If you have a chance, please go to her shop because I know you're going to be so happy if you go there.
Shannon’s open six days a week. They’re located right near the old A&P/Sears hardware. 1939 Union Valley Rd, Hewitt, NJ 07421. They’re open Tuesday through Sunday 9:00 to 7:00. They have sweet and savory pies, fresh juices, sandwiches made from scratch, all homemade. She’s a breast cancer survivor hence you’ll see a lot of pink in the store, raising awareness. the best thing is when other breast cancer survivors come in her store, they high-five over the counter.
The mayor welcomed Shannon for the grand opening. Shannon’s not just good at cooking, she's trained and educated too. Shannon has thirty years of restaurant experience behind her.
We're so happy that Shannon could be here tonight. It was awesome to see her receive her award and the mayor was there, everybody was there. It was just awesome. So, Shannon, congratulations!
