Art in Action (ages 18-180)
Art in Action is an online creative accountability group for creators who want to make progress on their personal projects. Whether you’re working on music, writing, art, photo editing, graphic design, or any other creative pursuit, this group gives you the dedicated time and focus you need to get things done.
Sessions start with a brief check-in for motivation, followed by dedicated work time where you can focus on your project independently. We wrap up with a Q&A, where you can share your progress, ask questions, and celebrate your commitment to your creative goals.
It’s a flexible, encouraging space for you to work on whatever creative endeavor you’re passionate about!
Art in Action Jr. (ages 7-17)
Art in Action Jr. is a virtual music practice group for kids ages 17 and under. This group is designed to help young musicians stay on track with their practice, guided by a professional facilitator who will ensure they are working on the correct techniques and assignments from their lessons. Each session begins with a quick check-in for motivation and encouragement, followed by silent, independent practice time (mics off, cameras on). Breakout rooms are available for those needing guidance or wanting to double-check technique. The facilitator will be actively engaged in monitoring progress and offering assistance. The session concludes with a sharing time, where students can show off their progress and encourage each other.
